The SASS ME State Championship hosts feel that vendors are an integral part of any major shoot and add to the overall atmosphere for the shooters. Vendor spaces are FREE, but you must pre-register to reserve a space. You can get a Vendor Application Form in .PDF format or in MS Word format. If you wish to contribute some product to the door prize pool, we'd really appreciate it, but it's not required. It's more important to us that you come and provide the shooters an opportunity to buy your goods.

Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.

Maine does have a state sales tax. That's your responsibility, too.

Vendors do not get free shoots. If you wish to shoot, please include a separate Registration Form so we can add you to our count. Payment will be collected after you arrive.

Electricity is not available - please plan ahead for this if you require it.

Match dates are 9-11 September 2011. You can arrive as early as Thursday the 8th but must be here and set up by noon on the 9th. Please plan to stay open until at least noon on the 11th. You can remain onsite until the 12th.

This is a western shooting event, and we ask vendors to dress as appropriately as possible to help keep the feel of the old west.
